I have opened a ticket for this (CWV-746171) with additional account-specific details, but wanted to post here also to see if anyone else is seeing similar behavior...

While beta testing calls vs. usage and call history, I've noticed quite a few inconsistencies in both billing and call tracking.

For clarity/brevity, problem issues are #1 & #3 - #2,4,5 provided for reference.

1. Off-network outbound (NPA/NXX = 352335) - call history is reflecting call, however duration is incorrect (shows 0 vs. 2 or 3 minutes), and fees are incorrect (as this was an off-network call, I would expect billing) Presumably, if duration counter was fixed/accurate, billing would likely follow.

2. Off-network outbound (NPA/NXX = 512476) - call history is reflecting call, duration appears correct, and fees appear correct.

3. In-network outbound (NPA/NXX = 512336) - call history does not reflect the call at all, cannot determine fee accuracy as call does not appear in history [Call Reference ID: unknown]

4. In-network inbound (NPA/NXX = 512336) - call history is reflecting call, proper duration, proper fees ($0)

5. Off-network inbound (NPA/NXX = 512336) - call history is reflecting call, proper duration, proper fees ($.033)

For what it's worth, the usage information DOES appear to be consistent
(albeit still wrong) on both the reseller CP and the customer CP.
