On my Reseller Included Account, I finally added a Toll Free number.
(Inventory has 866/877/888 numbers now.)

I put in a ticket because I was charged $1.00 for this account,
and it has a monthly renewal date.

I do not see the option for the toll free listed under included accounts.

I only have an option for full service line (which I already added.)

OT: the toll fee list is very substantial now. Only wish my local number list (zone3 btw) was as substantial.

I figured it was to be added as a Virtual Number, and the process of assigning it to the Reseller Included Account would make the first Virtual free of monthly, but the minutes would be billable.

A test call from my cell phone, I was charge $0.00 for 2 minutes.

IN SIP 2 minutes @ $0.000 - $0.000
OUT ON NETWORK 2 minutes @ $0.000 - $0.000
USF Fee 7.3% - 0.00000

In retrospect, It makes more sense that if the account is part of a Reseller plan, that it be a standalone account. That provides more flexibility, and could easily point to any Reseller account to serve a business model. ( decided to cancel the Virtual Toll Free. The number was not as memorable in hind sight.)
If Toll Free is pointing to SIP or a Reseller account,
should the cost be less than the stated 2.5 cents, and 6 cents?

Toll-Free Numbers - $1 Per Month
Incoming Toll-Free Usage (From US) – 2.5 Cents/Min
Incoming Toll-Free Usage (From Canada) – 6 Cents/Min

It would seem likely that it costs those rates pointing at a cell phone or PSTN line.

I pointed a Toll Free Forward account at my Reseller Included Account.
I used the SIP URL to send the calls there.

I made three test calls, they show in the Reseller Call log.
They do not show in the Reseller Usage Page.
The were all accessed at $0.00
They do not show in the Toll Free Forward Account Call History.

One(1) 30 second call from 734-437-xxxx
(Same Rate Center as my Reseller Account I called. My cell phone AT&T)

Two(2) 30 second calls from 248-766-xxxx
(My wife's cell phone.)

Also my phone caller ID had a 1 prepended to each number while the phone rang.
The Caller ID history later shows Unknown Name and does not show a number.

(This time the call was to the DID, not the SIP URL, same symptoms.)

ONE LAST NOTE:
Calls from Reseller accounts don't seem to show anywhere using TF forwarding.
