View Full Version : Refund incorrect charges

Last week, I received a message for an international charge. Tim also send out another message said it was incorrect. All the charges should be refunded.

I did made a payment, but don't see a refund back to my credit card.

Anyone got the same problem?

I looked into this and my understanding is that you had used PayPal. PayPal has to be handled differently since it's a manual process so your account was not automatically refunded by our billing system automatically. It looks like billing took care of it already for you though.
