How fast do user minutes get charged to the Reseller?

It would be better if

recurring amounts
minutes used

where different allotments.

Perhaps

recurring charges could be monthly
minutes at real time

Suggest use a separate billing summary pages for

Monthly
Local
Toll Free
International

I'm not sure minutes have been decrementing my account balance lately.
I understand the amounts were removed from the billing display.
(Seems Call History is the only record -- and the Usage page which does not break down to call records.)

I made two calls
Call Reference ID: c26715501c83f856@192.168.0.59
Call Reference ID: 118391662a3d337e@192.168.0.59
amounting to $0.022 total and the account balance seemed the same.

Ticket ID: MCA-306096

I've noticed that recently as well, and was about to open a ticket today until I saw this post...
All of the previous "Usage Charge" line items have been removed from billing (however, international calling charges remain), and that also throws my "Billing" tab out of balance (i.e. If I start with the $100 initial credit and deduct everything in the detail, my 'balance' is less than it should be - presumably the amount of domestic usage charges.

I noticed last night that my 'balance' has not changed in quite a few days, however I do have (minimal) domestic activity from my accounts in history, and those calls are showing 'fees' associated with them (although, the fees are not always correct... the topic for another post, and likely a ticket with call ref ID's.)

I know they thought that the minutes in billing looked more cluttered.
It was because of my initial post in this thread I realized that calls were not affecting the balance.

And I had a couple 2 min calls that had no charge, but the 20 minute call did. All same destination. Ticket ID: MCA-306096

NOW I see the balance has gone down .... but I can't tell how they are being applied?

A usage charge once per day might make sense.
It should then match the (previous) days volume?

So far amounts from Call History:

02/03/10 $0.022
02/02/10 $0.217
02/01/10 $0.000
01/31/10 $0.000
01/29/10 $0.238
...

Not sure how the are breaking down $3.06

Maybe if it said "Usage Charges DD/MM/YY - DD/MM/YY: $X.XXX"

We've been reworking the integration of usage transactions/display some trying to find the best approach.

On one hand, we really don't think it's a good idea to include each call in with the other transactions since the usage ones would just dominate the list and make it almost useless.

The concept we had was to put a "daily usage" total that updates as the day goes on with you being able to refer to call logs for the specific calls that add up to that total.

What do you guys think? Any other ideas for how to display it?

One we settle on the display, it's very easy to "re-run" the existing calls in the new format since all the raw data is there and accurate.

In pending charges in next 7 days,
how about a running total for some billing deadline?

OK, read your post Tim.
I'd like a previous day's total billed.
Perhaps a link to a nice printable list of only the billable calls.

I would like to see International billed separately.

Also, keep it in a separate Tab from the monthly billing fees.

Just my 2 cents.
