Could we set a speed dial for 0 ? If so can we make it default on all accounts?

How about forwarding all calls when account is suspended to my billing department. :eek:

I do like the custom/preset speed dial idea.

Interesting idea.



When an account runs out of minutes or is suspended
perhaps it could route anything dialed to a custom recorded message
except 123 and E911, toll free, and in-network numbers.
On incoming, Voice Mail should kick in if enabled.
Also it should not go to the Fail-over choice because call forwarding would use minutes.

If they are suspended I don't want them calling anyone but me or E911.
