I like the VOIPo Ticket System.
Is it proprietary?
Can it be licensed to Resellers?
Built into the Reseller and User control panels?
A-la-cart?

It's commercial from kayako.com and we just use the API to fully integrate into vPanel. There are some free ones out there too which are good. I'll put together a list one day this week.

Thank you!
I had done some searching and from one DSLR thread was looking at these below, and had noted some quick impressions about them. (From the perspective of being small scale.) Modules I was looking at in Drupal seem limited.
Looks like "help desk" is a good web search combination.

Looks like everyone should start with WHMCS.
(Keep wanting to type CMS = Content Management system.)
WHMCS = Web Host Manager Complete Solution. :D
If I can associate the Acronym to words, I will do better spelling. :)

In the WHMCS forums it looks like they are working on an add-on for VoIP service.
Without and API all the billing will need to be manual. :(

Working on putting WHMCS together. Thanks for the sage advice.
I am now signed for a year with an HG Reseller Account. :)
Been busy with online college classes,
and CompTIA.org A+ Training of late ...
Its hard to get to everything!
Until my HG Reseller is running smooth, the VOIPo Reseller will be low key for me.
I have some great URLs reserved for the master plan! VOIPo is certainly in the plan.

The Web Hosting part of my Reseller account seems to be pulling together.
I think I will approach the VoIP Reselling low key while I prove out the Web Hosting Package.
I wish for VoIP Packages there was an automated way to provide credit towards a specific month or months after sign-up by using the Promotion Codes. I guess the other way it to simply manually add credit to the newly created account to cover the payment..
