Some of you guys may have noticed that the renewal dates for your items have been altered and your account transactions have been modified. Do not be alarmed, we've simply reset the renewal dates and did some cleanup in effort to further progress some of our latest billing changes.

So ticket Ticket ID: OHQ-335593 where I was billed 24.95 and $1.00 DID, plus $1.00 E911 all for the Included Reseller account, now won't make much sense. All billing history is gone.

Also the the credit balance was adjusted too.

We're completely restructuring the billing today to address some of the reported bugs with usage/billing all at once.

Once it's all done today/tomorrow it'll make a lot more sense and be a lot cleaner/easier.

I see much reorganization.
I still don't like that the account number is buried in a description.
Its harder to sort and group info.

I recommend a field that would hold the DID.
If no DID applies, then a MAC ID should apply.
Otherwise as the system scales with many clients, it will get confusing.
