Host Gator usedto have Yabb 2.1 in the fantasico thingy - that's where I found it. I noticed it disappeared about a year ago. I have no idea why but I am still using it.Never investigated any of these.

And I see the Live Chat in cPanel is their support chat, not an app like I thought.

Well, I use LiveZilla only now. I really like it. Are you looking to get rid of it?

The only other one I have used is Help Center Live (http://www.helpcenterlive.com/) but I had some issues with version 2 and version 3 has been in production for almost 2 years and I needed to find something that worked.
