Since this morning my CID is only showing the inbound calling numbers..also repeated in the name slot.
I would suspect that since I am on the Chicago or ? server, that is the reason.

Anyone else seeing this from Chicago or wherever we were re-pointed?

Looks to be the case again.
My old ticket was Ticket ID: EFH-649837 from 2/15 and was corrected quickly at that time.
Did you put a ticket in?

As I said, I have a feeling this may be due to the new server switching going on.
At this stage, it's not important enough for me to bother..

Burris,

Is the primary issue in regards to your Outbound Caller-ID / CNAM that is showing, is incorrect? Also the inbound issue is where the Phone Number is duplicated in the spot of both "Display" + "Phone Number" is that what you are referencing, please advise -- thanks!

What I see is on the inbound.

The calling number appears in both slots...No CNAM

Calls that came in after 5:09pm my time are OK now.

Did you work your magic again.;)

Mine continues to show the Number in place of CNAM.
Conversely, my Reseller Account shows Livonia MI for the same inbound call.
(My cell phone.)

Great, glad to hear its working now, slight bug introduced by upstream carrier changing their included headers upon routing calls to us.

All should be resolved, please advise if otherwise -- thanks!

I've had no incoming CNAM since being switched to the Chicago server. My phone displays "Unknown Name" but does display the phone number.

It seems like one of our upstream providers has changed the format they are sending calls to us in and the field we are checking for the number to do the cnam lookup on is not showing the number now.

To fix this, we need to add a handler for checking the other fields in the headers as well. If you are not seeing the names, this should be fixed first thing Monday morning.
