We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of support requests and as a result are investigating to see if there is an issue somewhere within our network.
We will post any announcements related to findings here.

We didn't find any issues on our network, but did see a large number of users report issues for a few minutes. Right now everything appears normal.
Our guess is that this could be related to a regional backbone experiencing momentary issues along the way to us.
At this point, our support volume is back to normal and everything continues to be running normally on our end.
