View Full Version : Fax numbers no longer available to new customers?

I have a fax account and I was telling a colleague about the service. When I went to find the link to send it to him, I couldn't find it on the voipo website anymore.

The URL http://www.voipo.com/fax-to-email.shtml now just goes to the main page.

Are fax accounts no longer available at all, no longer available to new customers, or still available?

We still offer the fax service at the same pricing, but it must be bundled with another VOIPo service now (residential account, toll-free number, etc).

We'd like to offer it standalone, but must bundle it now due to licensing agreements.

Are standalone fax accounts grandfathered in or will I not be able to renew?

I'll suggest to my friend that he get a forwarded local number or a toll-free number. I assume that will let him get a fax number once that is set up.

Grandfathered in. Only affects new ones.
