In the customer CP, Call History tab, the download button allows you to download call history for a particular month in CSV format. However, the CSV download also includes information related to the reseller's "Fees, Taxes, and Cost of Call".

Yeah, it shouldn't have the price so this will be fixed.

It WOULD, however, be great to have this functionality (with costs) on the reseller CP - call history screen so we could filter by account, then download details for billing purposes (especially for international calling).
Not a replacement for WHM API integration, but a stop-gap until that integration is developed.

Please advise if this is not now the behavior:
Resellers Customers can now download archived CSV however will not receive any of the call billing attributes.
Resellers themselves are able to download archived CSV with billing attributes.
