Maybe I missed this.. When and/or where do I find documentation on the reseller program... ie.. set up questions, support issues, etc.. I found the knowledge base area in VOIPo to answer most of my questions but is there going to be anything separate for resellers..? Just a question..

There will be soon. We are still working on the reseller documentation (primarily based on the questions coming into support from resellers).

Looking forward to seeing this too. It would be helpful to have "intuitive help" links on the control panel, explaining various fields in some detail.

BETA usually means that we are doing a dry run in the dark without any type of DOCS, TUTS of any kind. So even though it is great that voipo is coming out with docs soon.

It is still good if you want to implement your own if you know how.

they keep saying they will have it out in the month because they told us last month it would be out so just tell the truth is it going to be done this month or never?

I'd like to pass this on since we have no docs yet. Upon
sign up.. I just figured duh they'd send me a DID. I was
wrong upon sign up you have to setup an account under
your reseller Control Panel https://cp.voipwelcome.com/
Order the equipment. (You will not be charged for your
1st equpment item) Upon recepit the device is programmed
and ready for plug and play. (I waited a whole month wondering
when my device would appear :) So yes order it upon sign up of
your reseller account.

Any one care to share what they have put together or have figured
out that we should know but have no docsyet?

I'd like to get this per say as automated as possible.

(1) Any php or asp scripts to do any automation?
(2) What have you stumbled upon?
(3) Any API plug in for anything?
(4) Your take on billing?

Since the docs aren't here yet, please tell us what you've
figured out, or your site with example. Any and all information
is much apprciated.

The reseller program is documented under the reseller section. We're still adding things as new questions come in, but all the common questions are addressed there.

If you have ideas for things to add, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
