If I make a chargeable international call, is it billed automatically to the credit card I have on file? If so, when? Thanks.

Yes, the card is billed automatically.
We reserve the right to bill at any time after the call, but typically we bill all international charges the last week of each month and $0 out individual accounts more frequently when they exceed $10 in charges.
