Voice Messages: forward

I wish I could forward a message to a Non-VOIPo phone.
VOIPo lets you send one to an extension with an optional
cover message.

Maybe with a Mandatory Cover Message,
VOIPo could allow any number to receive such a message?

Me too. Mandatory Cover Message is fine or a non-VOIPO number registered to an an account.
