No numbers listed for new accounts or virtual numbers. It just says 'to be assigned'......

It's all based on API inventory from our primary carrier. If they have no numbers available in a specific area, it'll say "To Be Assigned" and we'll manually order one from a secondary carrier.

I just checked some areas and all seemed to have numbers, so everything looks fine.

What areas were you looking in?

Yeah, looks like they don't have any there right now, so we'd have to order from a secondary carrier.

So in such a case calling support can get the DID sooner than waiting on the web tool?
