Strange registered member names listed online

Are we picking up some spam or are the registered names that are appearing as members real?

On one of the forums I help admin I see a few dozen of these spam bots a week. I google them by IP and delete them as I catch em.

Its actually begun to slow down a bit for me but the spam bots are just going wild.
