I've been without service since Saturday and the support phone numbers tell you to go online .. online tech support is offline.. and the only help given in the past 4 days was to power cycle my adapter? :rolleyes:

What's going on guys?

When will VoIPo grow large enough to have some weekend and/or evening tech support? Perhaps the lack of such creates a catch-22?

The best way to help voipo grow is by spreading how great and wonderful the prices and services are. $15 a month with a DID is outstanding.
