Eyebeam. Basically the paid version of Xlite. Works great.

Acrobits works great on the iPhone.

I've been playing with different softphones a bit lately. Anything I've tried seems to work. Here are some of my favorites so far:

Windows:

3CX (http://www.3cx.com/VOIP/voip-phone.html) - easy to set up and use, same look and feel as Android is a plus in my mind
X-Lite (http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite.html)

Mac OSX:
I'm just starting to use the Mac clients, so I don't have much to report on them yet.

X-Lite (http://www.counterpath.com/x-lite.html)
Express Talk (http://www.nch.com.au/talk/index.html)

Android:

CSipSimple (http://code.google.com/p/csipsimple/) - noticed some issues with voice quality of receiving end, may be WiFi related, though
3CX (http://www.3cx.com/VOIP/voip-phone.html) - had some trouble with sending DTMF tones to VOIPo voicemail (the main reason I use a soft phone on my cell phone). If not for that, this would probably be my preferred Android softphone.

Regarding 3CX on android, try this:
under Other Settings -> Advanced -> DTMF Method, select Sip-Info from drop-down, save and restart.

Although X-Lite works well for plain phone calls, the dialpad seems to be disabled once the call is completed. So I cannot select needed options on my voice-mail to retrieve messages. I'm trying Zoiper and will try QuteCom. Perhaps I'll give Express Talk a try, too.

Just tried Express Talk, and found that it is VERY SLOW to respond to inputs. Maybe it's the speed of my computer, but it does not work at all acceptably for me.

Strange - I am using X-Lite mainly for checking messages (and used to for getting through bank IVR, but now it's all online, of course). Never experience disabled dialpad...

I too have used X-Lite and never had an issue with the dialpad.

Jitsi, formerly SIP Communicator, is still in Beta, but has tons of features. Not as stable as XLite though... yet.

I have used x-lite primarily, I also have problems with the keypad being disabled if I click away from the x-lite window at any time. The other problem I have is the Setting the default devices, they go back to "anysoft virtual sound" after every reboot. I can't seem to make the default devices what I choose.

I have been using VOP nano, quite well. It is a little slow starting up, I don't run it all the time because of only 2 Gig on my rather slow windows 7 machine. But it allows me to enter a directory which works fine. It is flaky in some of the extra commands, but for keeping a directory and dialing out it works just fine on my computer. I do not use it to receive calls.
