Guys hello, I am Michael, I haven't had my phone up and working for over a week. The problem was the Router. Voipo sent me a router, and I got it today... To make a long story short. I plugged it in and I got a dial tone. When I dialed out I got a busy signal every time.

Any way I reset my new grandstream ht502 router. Factory reset. I need help with the configuration of this router. If anyone can help. That would be great.

Try logging into the VOIPo control panel and looking under Features => Devices. If your ATA is not registered, that will cause the fast busy. Unplugging it, waiting a moment and plugging it back in should correct the problem.

You could also drop a line to Customer Support via the control panel and ask them. They usually respond fairly quickly and will have "official" advice, unlike us riff raff.

Save and reset. Wait 5 minutes or so and see if things get back to normal.
