When I use the GUI interface to log-in to the HT-502, using the admin password, I see that the sip information is blank.

WHat are the settings to so that the HT-502 can register with VOIPO?

Don't know where you are located, but try this...

sip-central01.voipwelcome.com

Did you by chance press the reset button (that would clear out all VOIPo settings).

To get it online, you would need to login to the admin area and set the "Config Server Path" to provisioning.voipwelcome.com and then save/reboot. It'll take about 10 minutes to configure the first time.
