I just switched out my PAP2 adapter for a Grandstream HT502. My primary line works OK, but it looks like my Add-on line was converted back to a cloned line. I now have both ports registering as my primary line, and no registration for my add-on line. I suspect the adapter is not provisioning properly.
Has anyone seen this behavior? I have a support ticket (VQW-432289), but I was wondering whether there is something I can do to fix this.
