Outbound Call Issue

Hey All -

This is my first post but not my first issue with Voipo. I have been a customer for 2 weeks and have had issue after issue. Did not have a one with phone.com.

Today my wife tells me she cannot make outbound calls. When she tries, the caller on the other end can hear her then it goes to dead air. All the while my wife cannot hear a thing.

Anyone ever have this happen to them?

Have you worked with our support team? If you're having chronic issues, you may need some settings in your router tweaked or something.
