move a number from one voipo reseller to another

Hello,

a customer i have has a number with another voipo reseller and wants to move their number to us. can this be done??

It would be handled like any other port except you'd need to e-mail it instead of submitting it in the control panel (since it would already exist).

You would just need to get the customer to sign the normal Letter of Authorization and send it with a screenshot/bill copy from the current provider and e-mail to reseller@voipo.com.

also what do you mean by Screenshot?

Will a screenshot of their vpanel work?

Yeah either a bill copy from their current reseller or a screenshot of their vpael showing the phone number.
