View Full Version : Support Tickets are missing from reseller's account

Am I the only one that all old and current Support Tickets are missing from the reseller's account?

Sorry about that. They will be back tomorrow.

We're doing a helpdesk software upgrade tonight so had to put them under maintenance.

Over 6 million ticket replies importing now. We'll re-enable the view/submit from vPanel tomorrow.

You can always e-mail support@voipo.com to submit new ones (they'll be held and released after the update is complete).

It's too bad you guys don't allow resellers' to do support tickets in this reseller forums. It would help other resellers with like problems to learn more and be able to fix there own problems too. And you could always have the more private issues kept in the support ticket system. All you would have to do is have a few of your support guys keep an eye on this forum to answer questions as they come up.

We get so many tickets that it would just be too hard to track. We need the ticket system to keep things organized/tracked.

And I though I was going crazy, they were gone one minute, then back the next, but then the one I entered was gone, but it was resolved!

Support Team keep up the good work!
