Hello everyone,

We've made some changes to the manner in which we're handling the authentication now.

Instead of requiring yet another token for you to keep track of, we've made it accept your vPanel username and password.

Please let us know directly at mobileapps@voipo.com if you have any concerns about this change.

If you view the Beta -> Mobile Softphone page, you will need to reprovision the software as it'll delete your old token.

To reset your application, open it, then select Settings under the menu. After that, select "Reset Application" underneath the "Provisioning" section.

No! We are resellers we don't get stuff like that.

I would be happy for an SMS App! It would make life better and customers a lot more happier!

The app would likely work for resold accounts but it brands to VOIPO and I know most of you guys wouldn't want your customer to see a VOIPO branded app so that's why we never pushed it out. Anyone can easily make an app like this by working with Acrobits which is the company that made ours.

I tried downloading cloud softphone but couldn't get it to login. How would resellers login if they wanted to use the app to evaluate it for our own use? I tried login for the number I wanted to use it with but it got an http 500 error.

Unfortunately it's not available for resold accounts. We pay a licensing fee to Acrobits for the softphone and it's only for our users.

The username/password is not the account login...it's a specially generated mobile app one.

Pretty much. The cloud softphone just lets the provider customize the design/branding.
