Will FCC order FCC 11-150 concerning an increase in the number of companies participating in the TRS affect Voipo?

I don't see that it will. As the order states, interconnected VOIP providers have been contributing since 2007. This only extends the order to non-interconnected VOIP providers. VOIPo is an interconnected VOIP provider, as it allows calls both to and from the PSTN.
