Hey, anyone else notice a huge billing error of $100 or more in their reseller account tonight?

During a billing audit, we had a slight issue where some phone number / item(s) previously associated as items with your reseller account resulted in an active item being generated for them. We’ve removed these items from your account and are issuing the applicable account credits to your balance in which should be reflected shortly. Maybe this wouldn't happen if WE Resellers would get a REAL BILL!!! Every month i have to guess what to charge. All the time i see charges for calling 123 (VM) and other things. and the free 1000 minutes goes where? how do i know what portion went to what customer? A person can't run a business like this.
