Not a big deal; and not even worth me opening a ticket on. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this.
1. Have a voicemail. (Either MWI or stutter dial tone notification)
2. Dial 123# to get into voicemail
3. Dead Air............ Waiting for it to tell me to put in my PIN followed by a #........... nothing.
4. So, I press the pound anyway, and it comes back and says: "Incorrect pin; please input pin followed by #" or something similar.
5. I put in my pin followed by the # and all works fine.
I've just gotten to where as soon as I dial 123# I wait 2-3 seconds and just press #. I then put in my pin and # and all is good. Matter of fact; I have it on my phone as presets, so I don't even really have to dial.
Like I said, it's not a big deal, and it's not worth even opening a ticket. Just wondering if anyone else saw something similar. I almost NEVER check voicemail, because I have it forwarded to my cell phone, so I listen to it there. Then I go to vpanel and delete it there. So rarely, if ever, do I actually see/check voicemail from the phone. Anyway; just curious. Mike...
