I had my service set to reject blocked or unavailable numbers, it appears that one caller failed to hang up after receiving the instructional recording telling them to dial *82 and redial their call. As a result, I show a 200+ minute incoming call at midnight from a "restricted" caller. I tried it myself, after blocking my caller id and calling my Voipo number, the call does not hang up after the recording plays.
