Some customers have been inquiring about getting single line devices/adapters... We now offer a new device, the HT701. This single line device will help in keeping your hardware costs down.

When ordering hardware, you can choose between the HT502 (two line device) or the HT701 (one line device).

Both devices will ship for $5.

HT502: 2 line device, $40
HT701: 1 line device, $30

What would really be exciting would be a device that includes an adapter, a router, and modem all in one. That would drastically reduce the number of support calls we get due to conflicts between three separate devices.

Being a reseller, you are not necessarily limited to what VOIPo offers.
The 502 is still what VOIPo residential uses (unless you now offer the new device that lacks a router Tim?)
The 502 is considered to reduce support because people without routers are covered, and those with
routers of their own with issues can get running by eliminating them temporarily or permanently.

Most cable providers I've experienced prefer to supply their own modem.
