Can you receive collect calls with this phone service ? They will be coming from a Correctional Facility here in Florida.....

No, unfortunately we do not support collect calls since we are a VoIP service.

You might want to see if 1-800-COLLECT (http://www.1800collect.com/faq.htm) will work for you. I see they support some VoIP services and also have a mention of correctional facilities. They have the option of separately billing the recipient, which should work for VoIP.
