How do I make a recording that people will hear if no one is home when they call? Thanks

Dial 123 from your phone. Then enter your password followed by pound sign.
Choose 5 from menu to access advanced options. Then choose 1 to record
message. Hope this helps.

yes, unfortunately, the ability to record an outgoing message is very limited for a VoIP company. No way to record from the computer or upload a WAV/MP3 file. Hopefully, this will be there in new VPanel...
You could always utilize a sound program and playback your recording through a softphone to the VOIPo voicemail. Although, that is not as simple as uploading a file.
