And I thought you did not bring back call history yet.

Then ... I clicked "Search" and there it was!
Shouldn't you have at least a 2-day default or something display?
(Glad it is working!)

BTW, I like the status indicators

Timeout
Canceled
OK

"Timeout" likely means sent to VM if its setup and routed.

"OK" would count for chargeable minutes?
Are there other categories too?

I see two calls for Sunday, June 8th 2008 at 22:09 and 22:12.
That seems to be in the future???

In History, should you have a call to voicemail with the routing available?

I would prefer Group assignment than Routing here.
Maybe that could be a choice?

ROUTE - ... add sub list
GROUP - ... add sub list
Phone book (prefill number & CNAM in book?)
<CURRENT ROUTING/GROUP or CURRENT ROUTING/"UNKNOWN CONTACTS">

We've just completed a few big changes to timezones. in Preferences you will now see a LOT more options for timezones. Initial tests show the timezones to actually be accurate now for both CDRs and VM.

Please test this and let us know of any issues you see.

One small catch.... everyone will have to reset their timezone as we deleted the old ones that didn't really work all that well to avoid confusion.

I didn't know there were that many time zones in the entire universe.;)

Will it adjust old calls? Or just new calls?

I picked "US - Michigan" and an incoming and outgoing test were immediately there and accurate on the vPanel History.

Is the CID time seen on the handset related at all to vPanel?

The handsets showed the call an hour later, but the handset clock showed the current time correctly.

The Grandstream is set to "US Eastern Time, New York". (-5 hours)

my timezone is set to CDT and the Vpanel Call history shows the correct timestamps for my timezone. It did show for the old calls too. All looks good here.
Note: As mentioned by VOIPoRay i did have to update the timezone in preferences

But is your CID time right too?

Are you sure your time zone is set correctly??

Actually we only have the timezone setting handling call logs and voicemail now. I'll see if Ray can add in the Grandstream provisioning this week. Should be easy.

Thanks!

If I click Daylight savings and update, it says to reboot to take effect. Once I reboot, daylight savings is turned off again.

should take effect on all calls. (which i guess has kinda been answered already) ;)

and the CID display doesn't seem to be tied into the vPanel Preferences yet, we'll work on getting that to happen in the very near future. although, that will only have effect on new incoming calls since the CID data is stored on the phone locally.

So I cannot change the GS timezone (Maybe you tied it to vPanel?)
So I cannot change the Daylight savings to ON (Maybe vPanel too?)

And the handset CID time remains an hour behind.
But the handset clock display is correct.

Should I submit a support ticket?

Another thing i noticed the call get logged in Vpanel instantly when one answer incoming/outgoing with Zero(0) min's and gets updated again with the actual minutes, very cool feature.

Yes any changes to the ATA will be overwritten every hour by our provisioning system. If you have changes like that, send a ticket and we can change it on our end.

I should point out this was fixed last Friday 13th.
CID, Call History, and email have stayed perfectly in sync :)
Thanks VOIPo Support!

BTW, your ticket system works so far ... Packet8 has a ticket system, but I've never heard anybody being helped that way. With P8, call or use live chat. Calling was most effective for me.
