View Full Version : Can make calls, but not recieve them

After a call 3 days ago, I was able to make and receive calls the other day, although my number hasn't been ported yet.

The past 2 days, I haven't been able to receive ANY calls at all. I've not been given a virtual number either.

Outgoing calls are just fine.

Seems tech support is off on weekends. So I'm pretty much SOL.

Also, when I sign in, all I can get is the E-911 page on the v-panel. I key in my information, and I keep getting "please double check that the address information supplied is valid". I've tried re-keying it in, and re-keying it in, nothing is working...still the exact same message. I can't get to ANYTHING else on my V-panel at ALL. THIS IS REALLY GETTING FRUSTERATING!

More than likely your 911 address your putting in, does not match the area code for that location.

Did you try the email support?
Some likely get looked at even though its officially off hours, there might be a staff member taking a look at what's hottest.

I finally got past the 911 screen, some frigging how. And I did find my virtual phone number....and at the "MOMENT" it is all working now. It was working fine with my old phone number the other day. This is all confusing to someone over 50!!!!

I did do the email thing, but no response.

Are you trying https://secure.voipo.com/ or https://secure.voipo.com/

Maybe one works better than the other?
