Just to let you know, there is some unidentified plugin needed and not yet available for FireFox 3 to view something on the uploaded page. I reported it to Mozilla also.

I just upgraded to FF3 on 2 machines, but tried it on another that still had 2.0 and the result was the same.

Still can't get into the Vpanel.

Inside the add on window there is an icon for plug-ins..at the top. Be sure the ones you need are installed and enabled.

I just tried it with IE, something I never use -- same thing with Vpanel.

Are you at https://secure.voipo.com/

I used to go to codeblue.voipo.com and it would reroute me there.
Also are you using the new password you were emailed recently?
The ATA and the vPanel use the same password.

Funny, I knew my ATA password, but have no idea about an email advising me to use my Auth ID for the Vpanel.

Tim clued me in and now I have access.

I have the tiny square dot with FF3...

Ive got the klite mega pack (http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm) installed on this machine. Im wondering if it has something to do with playing the files...

By the way to the Voipo crew.. Thanks for bringing the "devices" back! :D

The plugin prompt and the little dot/box should be gone now. As a side note, listening to messages in IE7 should work again now too. I'll be playing with the VM page today to get the full functionality into IE7, but i shouldn't break anything else along the way :).
