I attempted to set up a toll free FAX number from those available for the Residential system. It failed on repeated attempts with a red "Client ID for this account has not been specified. Cannot order service without a Client ID" error message. I also receive the same message if I attempt to add a FAX number in the Express account. [submitted ticket]
Is this an intended failure pending launch, an accident as a result of running the separate billing system, or a temporary failure while you are working on the system?

Yes, this is just related to launch.
Everything in vPanel is integrated into our billing system now. All accounts are assigned to a "billing account". Since all the beta accounts do not have one yet, when you try to order a number it just gives and error and alerts us that an order is being placed but there is no billing account.
If anyone in the beta needs to add a virtual number or something like that, please contact support@voipo.com to have them manually added.

I'll take that queue to remove some test Virtual Numbers that I do not need and won't want to pay for.

Did the login URL change?

Nope. Have you tried logging out and then back in?

The logout gives me a login screen, but still catches the exception :(

Go ahead and open a ticket then. Nothing in that area should have changed so I'll need to have someone look at your account to see if there's an issue.

I stand corrected.
1 residential account is able to login in fine. The other residential account gives the 'not authorized to view this page' error :(
Login attempts from Firefox with both accounts.

I was able to hit the back history enough to be logged in?????????
Something is very wrong with that kind of code!
I guess I should try the logout from within vPanel ...
... tried and now successfully logged in!

One of the developers noticed something with a couple accounts that was off basically denying them permission to view the vPanel. He was fixing it and I assume fixed all affected already since it's working now.
If anyone sees any issues, just e-mail support and we'll get it sorted.
