Hey Guys,

If you have a few minutes, I'd appreciate it if you could take the time to post a review of our service.

Most of you have been using the service for 12-18 months, so I think that's sufficient time to develop your own opinions about it.

I honestly don't think we've had more than 1-2 hours of downtime during this whole time even though we were in "alpha".

The only thing you really don't have experience with is pricing, but the planned pricing is posted here: http://forums.voipo.com/showthread.php?t=413

Here is the company link: http://www.dslreports.com/comments/3156

As I've said in another post, we're about to release a slew of public info towards the end of the week and expect momentum will pick up after that and people will be asking lots of questions.

Thanks in advance!

Yeah. There's a reason for timing this now.

Wouldn't it be interesting if when we make the public announcement, e-mail the launch DB, post everything and provide "disclosure" about what we're doing, pricing, features, and why everyone should consider our service if at virtually the same time, we popped up and were #1 or #2 on the GBU charts? ;)

Yeah, Tim's given us all free service for the past several (or more) months...what's 5 minutes of everyone's time to post an honest review of the service? :)

Thanks everyone. Keep them coming.

We have 10 now and I believe that means we'll be ranked in next week's update now.

Huh, I noticed someone referred to a $16 price... maybe from one of your development screenshots? Might need some corrections?

That's what the prepayment works out to in the tentative pricing.

Ah so! ;-)

The price was posted as $99/6 months, or $198/year, not including taxes and fees. This works out to be $16.50/month.

You have FAX included in this overview, but you planned to hold it back?
When referring to SIP URL you say "specific" but I think you mean "specify".
You mention *69, but that did not work when I tested it.
Otherwise that looked good.

A suggestion:

You could use GOOG411 as an example by routing 411 to 8004664411.

Tim, based on your post at DSLR, it sounds like paid 411 is going to be your setup? How readily changeable will this be?

And Tim,

Do you have a safeguard so someone cannot add their own 911 outbound routing?

Nevermind, call routing works perfectly :)

Hmmm! I just read this thread --- and immediately jumped over to BBR Forums to post my VOIPo review.

The rating is now averaged. Now if only the GBU would update... Current #1 has 95%, we're at 96%.

I spoke some with someone from BBR yesterday who manages that section of their site.

I think our listing is basically all set now and should be taken out of a "pending" state anytime.

Were they on vacation or something? Seems odd that you're not there but SunRo...Bust still is.

I had PMed one of the BBR Moderators a week ago asking when the VOIPo ratings would appear in the GBU. I have not yet received a response. Could it be that Jason (as I recall, the head BBR honcho) doesn't want to include VOIPo till it is actually offered to the public at large?

Could be. I don't think it's an age issue because Future Nine got on there when Nitzan posted the first Future Nine review himself.

Still waiting for clarification from BBR guy.

cabana on BBR got it all approved and fixed now once I got in touch with him. Very helpful guy. He said it should cycle through with the next updates.

It's appearing in review searches today.
