Yes. Same thing here.

I would add that inbound calls fail to complete as well.

Same here. I have 4 devices and 7 lines. Everything is out. Normally I get an automated confirmation when I submit a ticket. Not even getting that this morning.

Apparently VOIPO no longer uses this forum to update those who use their service. I found this from VOIPO posted on Twitter 35 minutes ago:

Portions of our network are experiencing intermittent issues this morning. We are working to resolve.

The failover is not even working for me. I'm completely dead in the water here.

Yes, everything is dead at the moment.

I've been reporting this issue recently on a few specific accounts. It seems to have started a couple of months ago, and was hard to pin down what was causing it.

But today it is the whole network. So hopefully when they fix it, they'll fix the sporadic issues as well.

It's now working normally for me. Both inbound and outbound calls complete.

We had a hardware failure earlier this morning that was causing issues for some customers this morning. It has been resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Why not also post in this (your own support forum) as well as TWITTER when there is an issue? Doesn't make a lot of sense not to and really shouldn't take more that 30 seconds to do. Personally I have no desire to use TWITTER or FACEBOOK but that is another issue.

Personally I have no desire to use TWITTER or FACEBOOK but that is another issue.I'll talk to our team about posting more here to see if we can start posting about outages here as well.Only a small % of our customers use this forum so we don't typically post outage info here. Twitter is also a third-party platform so it's less likely to be impacted since it's not hosted in the same datacenters we use in case there is a major outage.
