View Full Version : PBX wildly unreliable

I've been testing the beta PBX and have a few clients who agreed to be onboard with the service. So far it has been a huge headache. We have frequent outrages, and last week there was some sort of update which completely booked our call groups. In some instances the group members were lost and support was unable to restore them.

Is this an indication of the quality of service to be expected when the system is released? It feels like updates are being released and we're being guinea pig tested very prematurely.
