Canceling Voipo and moving to new service

What is the best way to cancel Voipo and move to new service without losing existing phone numbers? Does Voipo hold the numbers until the new service sets them up?

You should initiate a port request with your new provider and not cancel service until after the port completes. Good Luck! :)
