You are not pointing to zeus, right?

pointed to sip.voipwelcome.com
made couple of outgoing calls (18005558355) from my nokia E51,
from counterpath's softphone
called my voipo from VT line

I waited about 15 mins
still no call history for me
does it takes a while to show up
i'm kinda instant gratification type of guy;)

Is the CP still at https://secure.voipo.com

Is the CP still at https://secure.voipo.com Yes it is.

Miy history is up-to-date. (Grandstream device)
My ZyXEL does not show in features/devices but can make calls.

just checked the call log again
the calling from my VT line to the VOIPo line showed up
however, ones from VOIP line (nokia E51 and counterpath softphone) to 800-555-8355 did not
"device" showed that they were registered and calls went through

It looks like the view for some residential accounts is off again. I'll make sure a developer looks at the views/permissions Monday to fix and get it displaying everything for you guys.

Can you see of the problem has been corrected on your side. I've tested over here and it looks better now.

The problem was caused by some code that was trying (a little too aggressively) to reduce duplicate CDR's (call detail records) from being generated.

Regards,
Norm

I saw many duplicates that one day.
Seems aggressive had worked well for my stuff. :)

It's basically a situation where we store tons of info on our end that in some cases looks like duplicates, but you guys only need to see the useful info for you so the scripts sort it all out.

The Call History should be displaying again.

No data was lost (except for the hour or so during the actual conversion of the databases to a replicated environment - a couple of days ago).

There were special "system" tables containing timezone information from the old servers that were not installed on the new system (until just now).

If anyone notices ANY other problems that might even remotely appear to be related to the DB move onto replicated servers please let us know immediately.

Norm
