VPanel login not working

VPanel login is not working for me starting about 10 minutes ago. Also, calls to my VOIPO number are not connecting. The VPanel login interface looks different than earlier in the day. What has changed?

I normally use:
secure.voipo.com to login

now it redirects me to account.voipo.com

Login is working now. I haven't tried calling yet.
