Transfer call line 1 to line 2

Checked the user guide and searched FAQ. Is there a way to transfer a call from Line 1 to Line 2 on the ATA? I have a different phone set on each of the cloned lines. Both lines ring on an incoming call. I would like to transfer the call from the receiving line to the alternate line. Tried 'flash' second dial tone and hangup, but didn't get ring back.

I don't believe this is possible. Each line port acts independently of each other. You could purchase a 2-line phone, although I really like the first suggestion as posted by "Stewart" in this thread:

This should work pretty good with a cloned line in your situation......
