softphone ipad groundwire

I have an iPad 2 and bought Groundwire to use Voipo softphone.
Voipo says I have BYOD activated.
I entered what I thought were the correct parameters into the Groundwire settings.
When I try to use it, I get "Voipo registering", "Voipo unauthorized".

Does anybody use this combo (Voipo BYOD, iPad 2 [WiFi], Groundwire) successfully?

Does anybody have any hints as to what I am doing wrong?

Turns out, despite what Support originally implied, my *sip* password is NOT my *account* password.
Once I got past that, it works fine.

Right - I have been using Groundwire for a while now and it works quite well. For the benefit of others, the SIP password is shown under the BYOD/SIP page in vPanel.
