I'm not having any problems receiving calls (everything is a LOT better after having my GS provisioned lol), but in Vpanel in call history, every single incoming call shows timeout.

It doesn't really matter much since I'm not losing calls apparently or having dropped calls, but just curious if others are showing that in their history.

Maybe your friends are trying to tell you something? "time out"......:p

I see one(1) timeout 9/3 of a grand total of two(2) incoming calls
I see one(0) timeout 9/4 of a grand total of four(4) incoming calls
I see one(1) timeout 9/5 of a grand total of four(5) incoming calls

The timeouts were 31 and 38 seconds
The OK calls were 10 seconds and less (Nobody loves me!)

These stats likely don't mean much.
(And you can se why I want that second line!)

I am a phone junkie that does not really use it

That's pretty much me too. So I won't cost voipo a lot of money :)

Timeout in this case should mean the call wasn't answered and "Timed Out" to voicemail. It doesn't mean Time Out as in an error.

Everything today on Saturday shows ok. Guess it's sorted.

But previously:

Ahhhh.... so this is normal.

Maybe an note somewhere on the page so people don't think they are missing calls... or maybe can the time out variable be changed to voicemail?

I don't use their VM, so maybe that nomenclature won't be too good...

If voicemail is not activated then it should never timeout to voicemail and only show as ok?

What does your log show when your answering machine picks up?
