With a traditional POTS line; if a person was to dial "0", they would get an operator for the servicing phone company, or a contracted operator for "Operator Assistance".

This however is NOT really a necessity for Voip. There's "411" for information, but not a need for dialing "0". Suggestion: Could the VoipO servers be programmed that if a customer dials "0", that they are automatically connected to VoipO Customer Support. e.g. 1-877-99-VOIPO? Seems like a common sense and simple idea.

If this or similar already exists; or if "0" is programmed for a different call route; then my apologies for not researching more.

A side not additional suggestion. Maybe provide a simple number, or an option in the customer support phone number, that a person can "LISTEN" to a list of call features. This way they don't have to try and look it up in instructions or call customer support for a feature they've never really used but need now. E.g. 3 way calling; Call forward; etc.... Later.... mike.....
