My ATA did not make the change to standard time. It's still feeding my phones DST.
Can the change be made via provisioning or should I put in a ticket?

It's not quite related to DST unfortunately. There is a timezone bug in general that hasn't been completely fixed yet with our systems like provisioning and voicemail picking up timezone settings. We should have it fixed this week.

As an update, this corrected itself after my ATA calmed down from repeated cycling and played nice with my router again.
