Under the vPanel, Features, FAX is a section called "Outgoing Faxing - E-mail," where one enters one's e-mail address to "Authorize FAX from E-mail." Are there any instructions anywhere on how this feature works? I looked through the Knowledge Base and found nothing.

Fax by email works as follows:

- You authorize your email address to to send fax from the control panel.
- send an email from the authorized email id to xxxxxxxxxx@fax.voipwelcome.com with the attachment
(Remember nothing will be faxed but only the attached file)

If you are sending fax to a toll-free number remove 1 and use 10 digit number only. Example: If you want to send a fax to 1-800-800-8000, you will send email to 8008008000@fax.voipwelcome.com

You can attach the following formatted files to your fax email:
PDF, TIFF, JPEG, Microsoft Word .DOC (NO .DOCX)

is this for the premium addition only?
if not, I cant see the controll panel. how do i navigate there? I see preferances but could not find setting

I believe it is a Beta feature. In order to access this feature you need to login using account.voipo.com url.

Is this service still working? I haven't managed to get it to work for me.

I've added an email address to the v2.0 control panel, sent from that address to both numberATfax.voipo.com and numberATfax.voipwelcome.com, and nothing happened. I've sent from multiple PC's and smartphones, so I doubt it's a client issue. Just never has worked. :(
