We're cleaning up the office some to get ready for a round of new hires.

We have a decent number of test ATAs which we used for testing back when we were evaluating different ATAs.

Not sure what to do with these, but figured some of you here may want them...no need to store them.

They're used and some have scratches, etc but if you want them to play with, they'd be fine.

I'll leave this up for a while before getting rid of them completely. If you want multiples, order 1 and then PM me with how many others you want.

First come, first serve.

HT286 - $15 - https://billing.voipo.com/cart.php?a=add&pid=55

This was not designed for multiple products, so if you end up with multiples in cart accidentally, use https://billing.voipo.com/cart.php?a=clear to clear it out.

Hey maybe I should buy one of these while I wait for the good old USPS to find my ATA. That way I'll at least have service when Qwest cuts me off.

Hope you guys didn't pay extra for the 2 day shipping guarantee.

It was lost or something? Contact support and they can track it. If it's missing and not just on its way, we can send out a replacement.

I've contacted support a couple of times so they're aware of the problem. I received by shipment notice last Tuesday. Since the mail has already come, I won't be receiving the ATA today. A couple of hours ago I received notification from you that the request to port my Qwest number has been ported. So it looks like I'm about to lose my phone line.

I'll try to contact support one more time.

Edited to add:

Problem resolved, thanks for the followup.

You could forward to a cell or setup a softphone to get you by. I know Tim will make it right pronto :-)

Are these devices unlocked ?
Can we get the 286 we already have unlocked ?

Yeah they're unlocked.

None of the 286's we sent out were locked. The admin password for them should be admin1 or admin.

The 502s are locked though... Even if someone wipes them clean, the first time they come on and connect to the default Grandstream firmware server, it'll redirect it to us. They have all our MACs in their system so they will always send to us.

Any PAP2T's left, or are they being used as real inventory now?

Good question. The link still works.

Are you going to be replacing any managed HT286 devices left with us beta testers? I have one account with HT286, and the other with HT502.

If HT502 and PAP2T are the standard now, I would not mind using a PAP2T for the second account. That way I have a cross-section of your official devices (and am willing to test either for VOIPo in the future.)

The HT286 is on the 352-399-XXXX account.

Just shoot them a ticket... I also had a 286 on a line and they sent me a PAP2T to replace it.

I had an SPA2102 for years and it never missed.

With VOIPo I originally had a 286 and it was ok but only had one port. Then came the 502, and it worked ok when it worked..didn't have too much luck with it, but now they sent me 2-PAP2Ts-one for each of my accounts and it just gets better. Rock solid.

Just shoot them a ticket... I also had a 286 on a line and they sent me a PAP2T to replace it. They switched out the one HT286 to get the reliable MWI. The second one I paid $29 just before VOIPo switched to the HT502.

I do have an SPA2000, ZyXel, Zoom, and another VOIPo HT286, all not locked, and not in use. (And several locked former ATAs from P8 and Vonage).

I really hope to stick with standard product and keep it simple.

Are the PAP2T's that come with the service locked?

Are the PAP2T's that come with the service locked?

Yeah, the ones we provide with residential service are so that we can fully manage them without a user's custom settings conflicting with something we provision in, firmware versions being non-consistent, etc.

We're open to making some custom changes (like dialplan, etc) if they're not going to cause any issues though.

You'd just need to contact support.

I ordered a HT286 a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received it. My PAP2T was sent out within a couple of days.

Does anyone know when I can expect to receive the 286?

Glenn,
We don't process the HT286 in our usual shipping queue - it's possible that your order was overlooked.
If you don't mind, could you please open a ticket with your shipping address and we'll get your device shipped off ASAP.

Thanks and apologies for the mixup!
